TSD held a ceremony during its October 2019 board meeting to recognize the lifetime and accomplishments of Ossian "Oz" Butterfield.
TSD Honors OZ Butterfield
2019 Service Awards celebrate 170 years of combined service. Years of service celebrated included 5, 15, 20, 25, 35 & 40. Congratulations to all who received awards!
Oz was not only TSD's General Manager from 1989 through 2004, but also the first General Manager at Tahoe-Truckee Sanitation Agency overseeing the construction of the Agency in the early 1970's.
Oz passed away in March 2019.
