Now Accepting Bids for the Manhole Rehabilitation 2026 Project
The Manhole Rehabilitation 2026 Project will consist of the rehabilitation of 14 Manholes in the Truckee, CA area. Bids shall be for furnishing all labor, materials, tax, transportation, equipment and services necessary for the project. All Work shall be in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications, and other Contract Documents.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held via zoom at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. Attend the meeting.
Bids are to be delivered by 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 to [email protected] or mailed to 12304 Joerger Drive, Truckee, CA 96161.
Bids will be opened and read aloud promptly at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 8, 2026.
To be considered in the bid process, the Contractor shall have rehabilitated a minimum of 200 manholes using the specific manhole rehabilitation method specified in the Contract Documents. Bids must be from a Contractor with a current California General Engineering Contractors License (A); Sub-contractors must be California licensed in the classification they are working. All Bidders are hereby notified that the prevailing wage per diem rates must be paid as required by the Labor Code 1770-1785 of the State of California.
The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or reject any and all items of such Bids and/or waive any irregularities in a bid.
