NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER
ADJUSTMENTS TO CONNECTION FEES
Meeting Details: The Truckee Sanitary District Board of Directors will conduct a public hearing at its regular board meeting on November 19, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. at the District Office, 12304 Joerger Drive, Truckee, CA to consider adjustments to the Connection Fees the District charges for new connections to its sanitary sewer collection system.
The District’s Connection Fees were last adjusted effective on January 1, 2023, by Resolution 2022-119, which the District adopted on September 22, 2022.
The District is considering adjusting Connection Fees based on the Engineering News Record – Construction Cost Index, San Francisco (ENR-CCI-SF) to account for changes in inflation and increased construction costs since the last Connection Fee adjustment. The proposed increase of Connection Fees, based on the ENR-CCI-SF, is 7.7% across all connection fees listed on APPENDIX A-2 of the TRUCKEE SANITARY DISTRICT CONNECTION FEE SCHEDULE. The proposed updated fee schedule is available below.
